Hi Joe,
I am writing to thank your entire staff for the great services you
provided me. I was flown to Florida on February 10th. Zack was in
constant communication with my friend and my sister. He did an amazing job
coordinating all the arrangements as well as putting everyone at ease and
assuring them that everything was being taken care of. He even followed up
with a telephone call to me at the hospital to see how I was doing. A job
well above " just doing my job". Please pass this on to the EMT's nurse
and pilots of the plane my sincere and heartfelt thank you for doing such
a great job. I am sorry that I don't remember their names but I still see
their faces. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Dear Zack,
I can't begin to thank you for everything you did for us. It took some
hard work on your part, but you got us home! You'll never know how much
that meant to us!!! I had so much stress and so many overwhelming things
to deal with, all within such a short time but you were there to make it
all flow through for us! You are an angel, and I truly appreciate you
making the situation a little more bearable. Please let your supervisors

I would
greatly appreciate it if you would pass along a message to Eric and the
other pilot as well as the nurse and EMTs who accompanied us on our trip
back to Cleveland. We just really needed to get our grandaughter home, and
I know how much better she felt knowing she was going home. Without all of
you, that just would not have been possible. Please tell everyone involved
how appreciative we are. She relaxed the moment she got on that plane and
was quite comfortable during the entire trip. You have a wonderful staff
of caring people.

a note to let you know how much my husband and I appreciated all the care
we received in a very difficult situation. The flight to NC, saved his
life. he had a heart catheterization on Friday, Dec. 12th and had 2 stents
inserted. He is now doing fine at home. I would especially like to thank
Joe & Jesse for their help on Dec. 11th. They got all the flight set up
with connections at the hospital and airports and also called me about
every hour to keep me up to speed on what was being done. thanks to your
entire staff for a safe flight with a happy ending.

Zack -
You were a lifesaver! We really appreciate everything you did for us. The
phone calls every hour to keep us updated really kept our spirits going.
You had everything under control and kept us reassured. You went above and
beyond your job. We are so thankful for every thought and prayer you gave
us.
She is doing well, we just went to the doctors. She still has bad
headaches and gets very tired, along with some loss of memory. Her doctor
said she will be back on the soccer filed by spring, which makes her very
happy! Have a wonderful New Year!

Dear Joe,
Chris and Pam,
In case you forgot, I was transported with a Pelvic fracture from Mexico
to New York in January. I wanted to let you know I'm doing great and back
to work. The external fixator was removed 3/8 and I was walking with a
cane and released from the re-hab center 3/12. By 3/15 I tossed the cane
and returned to work. I continue with therapy and am working on building
back my stamina and muscle strength. Over all I was very fortunate. I
wanted to thank you for your assistance in getting me home. Your kind and
caring handling of myself and my family made a difficult situation easy.
